Roger Hinds is a name that’s come up on this show a number of times. He’s been involved with and working alongside the most well-known board builders in the industry, all of whom regard Roger as one of the most talented craftsmen in surfboard building. Roger’s story, however, has largely gone untold. He doesn’t have an entry on the Encyclopedia of Surfing. There have been no major profile pieces in the mainstream magazines. He’s just quietly maintained his focus on building surfboards for over 40 years.

Today we hear about Roger’s 40 year career and what drives his passion for perfectionism.
